Performance can be categorized by competition categories or groups.
Categories and groups are defined for classification of performance.
Pricelist of entries for competition.
A pricelist can be made for every category separately.
Attendance on Event or Conference.
Attendance can be entered into the system by an agent (either by telephone or written) or by the user (logging in using an internet portal).
On-line registration can be made using online payment methods.
Analyze and control.
Lists of creditors and debtors can be shown separately by projects or by performances which can also be used for statistical information about the festival. This application also enables defined analyses for users.
Complete support for official business.
Lists of companies or people can be managed by this application. In addition to this the application can prepare and print documents such as invoices and prepare data for exporting in relation to booking details.
Support for main office of event before performance.
The application prepares lists of people who are attending the event, prepares data for catalogues, jury etc…
